Thursday, July 31st, 2008
An all-new work on home hydroponic gardening with an abundance of new information, written for easy reading and productive action.
Dr. Resh, leading hydroponics consultant and author, shows home gardeners how to grow fruits and vegetables in a clean, nutritionally enriched, soilless medium . . . how to say goodbye to problems of infertile or infested soil, weeds, pests . . . how to give plants super nutrition for super growth, appearance, and quality.
Scores of photographs, drawings, and diagrams make it easy to have a variety of gardens a simple home hydroponic window or deck trays or containers, or full-scale hydroponic gardens or small, home greenhouse projects. Illustrated.
Customer Review: OUTDATED….
The illustrations are not really usable, the pictures are dated there’s nothing about water testing equipment etc. The systems described are in vague terms with little or no details. If you are looking for a good book on hydroponics for the beginner my advice would be to look elsewhere.
Customer Review: The Best Book for Getting Started
I have checked out every available book from the library on hydroponics and this is the one that impressed me enough to add to my personal library. And because I am so impressed with Dr. Resh’s information I’m also buying his book, Hydroponic Tomatoes for the Home Gardener. Buy now…
